Pour pallier ce manque, la M\u00e9tropole de Lyon a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, dans le conseil du 8 juin, de voter une prime de 500 euros pour l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9lo \u00e9lectrique. Voici les autres mesures mises en place pour aider les habitants \u00e0 p\u00e9daler.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Depuis mai 2005, et la cr\u00e9ation des v\u00e9lo\u2019v, la M\u00e9tropole a amorc\u00e9 la place du v\u00e9lo dans la ville. L\u2019am\u00e9nagement de pistes cyclables \u00e0 travers les 59 communes (comme celles \u00e0 Bron, \u00e0 St-Priest ou celles d\u2019Oullins) a permis de confirmer ce virage cyclique. Le confinement a popularis\u00e9 ce mode de d\u00e9placement peu couteux et \u00e9cologique aupr\u00e8s des M\u00e9tropolitains. Alors, pour encourager cette transition dans la dur\u00e9e, le conseil m\u00e9tropolitain a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de construire de nouvelles pistes cyclables sur l\u2019ensemble de la m\u00e9tropole ainsi que d\u2019autres mesures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mise \u00e0 part les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lyon-france.com\/J-organise-mon-sejour\/lyon-pratique\/Transport-et-transfert\/Velo-V\">V\u00e9lo\u2019v,<\/a> incontournables aux yeux des M\u00e9tropolitains, le Grand Lyon propose aussi plusieurs dispositifs\u00a0: \u2018\u2019p\u00e9dibus\u2019\u2019, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2002, \u00ab\u00a0apprend aux enfants \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer en ville et respecter les r\u00e8gles de circulation\u00a0\u00bb, mais aussi permet de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9duire le nombre de v\u00e9hicules stationn\u00e9s devant l\u2019\u00e9cole le matin\u00a0\u00bb, selon le site de la Ville de Lyon. Plusieurs infrastructures se sont aussi mises aux modes doux. Comme le tunnel de la Croix Rousse, avec ses espaces destin\u00e9s aux pi\u00e9tons, aux v\u00e9los et aux bus. Et, \u00e0 partir de la rentr\u00e9e de septembre 2020, les bus diesel SYTRAL ne pourront plus emprunter ce fameux tunnel. De plus le SYTRAL renforce la desserte de l\u2019Ouest Lyonnais notamment le campus Lyon Ouest-Ecully, avec d\u00e8s le 30 mars\u00a0: le prolongement de la ligne C6 et la cr\u00e9ation de la ligne express C6E mais aussi de plus grandes rames de tramway, qui augmenteront leurs capacit\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 30%. Pour la prime v\u00e9lo, le site \u2018\u2019Lyon capitale\u2019\u2019 a recens\u00e9 les 9 boutiques ou ateliers \u00e0 travers la m\u00e9tropole o\u00f9 l\u2019on pourra acheter son v\u00e9lo\u00a0: \u2018Tricycle\u2019 \u00e0 Pierre-B\u00e9nite, \u2018 les Bikers \u2018 \u00e0 Villeurbanne, \u2018 Janus France \u2018 \u00e0 Oullins V\u00e9nissieux ou encore \u2018 change de cha\u00eene \u2018 dans le XI<sup>e <\/sup>arrondissement de Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette prime, les habitants de la M\u00e9tropole pourront acheter\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un v\u00e9lo-cargo\u00a0: biporteur ou triporteur, tandem, v\u00e9lo adapt\u00e9 pour personne \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite<\/li>\n<li>un v\u00e9lo pliant\u00a0: VAE (v\u00e9lo \u00e0 assistance \u00e9lectrique)\u00a0: les v\u00e9los dits \u2018speed bike\u2019, qui peuvent d\u00e9passer les 25 Km\/h \u00ab\u00a0ne sont pas \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 l\u2019aide\u00a0\u00bb selon la m\u00e9tropole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qui peut en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier\u00a0?
